About Aastha Foundation
Aastha Foundation is a nationally recognized organization registered under the Society Registration Act, 1960. With a strong pan-India presence, Aastha serves as an empaneled training provider for the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC), Assam Skill Development Mission (ASDM), Directorate of Employment and Craftsmen Training, Meghalaya (DECT), and the Rubber, Chemical & Petrochemical Skill Development Council (RCPSDC).
Aastha Foundation is committed to empowering people, especially the youth, by offering skill development training and facilitating employment opportunities. In collaboration with various government departments and industry partners, Aastha has successfully helped hundreds of young individuals secure placements in some of the country’s leading companies.
The organization’s strength lies in its dynamic management team, which comprises seasoned professionals and trainers with rich industry experience. By aligning its curriculum with National Occupational Standards, Aastha ensures trainees gain practical, job-ready skills, making them valuable assets to the workforce.

- Educate Develop skills of unemployed youth to make them self reliant and employable or developing them as Entrepreneurs in eastern India.
- Bring back school drop outs to main stream of education
- Educate and train women through various vocational skill development program and empower women for their healthy and wealthy family life.

Mr. Arnab Chakraborty
Founder & CEO
Mr. Arnab Chakraborty, the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Aastha Foundation, hails from Silchar, Assam. He completed his Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) from West Bengal University of Technology (WBUT) in the year 2009.
Following his graduation, Mr. Chakraborty embarked on his professional journey in the field of education by establishing a Career Launcher coaching institute in Silchar, Assam. His initiative was aimed at empowering students by preparing them for various competitive examinations, including Management Entrance Tests and Banking Recruitment Examinations. Under his guidance, numerous students have successfully cleared these examinations and secured reputable positions in their respective fields.
Driven by a larger vision of youth empowerment and nation-building, Mr. Chakraborty founded the Aastha Foundation. The organization is dedicated to enhancing the employability skills of youth through various government-aligned training programs and skill development initiatives.
To date, the Aastha Foundation has successfully trained over 20,000 youth under different government schemes, thereby contributing significantly to the national agenda of skill development and self-reliance.

In 2021, Aastha Foundation was awarded the Best Training Partner by the Assam Skill Development Mission.
In the same year, the organization received the Best Training Partner Award at the Pan-India level from the Rubber, Chemical & Petrochemical Skill Development Council (RCPSDC) in New Delhi.
